Our prestigious, market leading client within the Contractor Marketplace are seeking a results-driven Internal Sales Manager to lead their telephone-based onboarding team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by managing and developing a team focused on onboarding new contractors and closing sales opportunities with high efficiency and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or inside sales management and a passion for motivating teams to exceed targets. This position is full time and permanent, based at their Head Office.
