This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Head Chef, with real input into menu development, within a vibrant, events:led environment.

The Role
* Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development.
* Support the day:to:day running of the kitchen.
* Deliver high:quality food across all services
* Lead, mentor and develop the team.
* Drive consistency, presentation and standards.
* Contribute to seasonal specials and evolving menus.
About You
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh:food restaurant or venue.
* Strong work ethic and team leadership skills.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
