Client Account & Sales Executive
Equipment Hire & Supply to the Event Industry
West London - Feltham
Monday to Friday – days only
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 - DoE
Excellent bonus & commission structure

Our client is one of the leading names behind world-class Events and Hospitality experiences specializing in the hire of high-end furniture, tableware, and catering equipment for luxury events across the UK, and work with some of the most respected names in hospitality, events, and entertainment, offering a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Due to increase in business, an opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Account Executive to join their team and play a key role in supporting their clients & internal departments across sales, logistics, and warehousing.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, detail-oriented environment & enjoys building strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, orders, and service requests.
2. Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-event follow-up & feedback.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to new business growth.
4. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
5. Prepare & manage client quotes, follow up on proposals, and handle bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value for clients.
7. Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of client service.


What We’re Looking For
8. Proven Experience in “re-active sales” and account management, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
9. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
10. “Knowledge of the Event Industry would an advantage”
11. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
12. A creative mindset to identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
13. Excellent multitasking, organisational, and coordination skills.
14. Proactive, self-motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment with an outgoing & confident personality.
