Role Overview
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in Nottingham and the surrounding area. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, recognition, and support to drive territory performance.
Your focus will be on winning new business while also nurturing existing accounts. You'll be selling a proven and in-demand product, engaging with multi-academy trusts, schools, contract caterers, buying groups, and NHS sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business in line with targets (2 new business appointments per week).
* Manage a territory of existing clients, with 2-3 visits per year per account.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, contract caterers, and healthcare providers.
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tastings to decision-makers.
* Proactively self-source leads through networking and territory knowledge.
* Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
Requirements
* 2 years' experience in foodservice sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Energetic, driven, and motivated to prove success in a competitive market.
* Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage both new business development and account management.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
