We're excited to be working alongside an award-winning art consultancy firm that, due to growth and increased workload, is looking to expand its team with the addition of an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator.

Working hours:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 9.00am - 6.00pm
The successful Estimation & Procurement Coordinator will be offered:

Estimation & Procurement Coordinator requirements:
7. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating, procurement, sales administration, or project coordination role.
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
9. Strong analytical skills, communication and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
As an Estimation & Procurement Coordinator, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
11. Prepare cost estimates, comparison sheets, and commercial quotations.
12. Support the Lead in preparing budgets at Art Strategy or concept stages.
13. Highlight risks, cost deviations, or missing information promptly.
14. Follow up with suppliers for quotations, clarifications, and lead times.
15. Ensure RFQ documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
16. Track PEP milestones, updating teams on progress and risks.
17. Once PEP is approved, prepare POs in ERP system with accurate details and attachments.
18. Coordinate supplier confirmations and track production status.
19. Follow up on shipments, customs, and delivery arrangements
20. Report damages, shortages, and non-compliances
