Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces mainly paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and driving key projects for the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment and prioritization across brands.
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience in FMCG marketing.
* At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with a proven track record in project management.
* Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
* Excellent presentation skills and clear communication in English.
* Strong project management abilities, demonstrating leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to deliver results and drive business success.
* Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
* Resilient and capable of working under pressure with competing priorities.
* Experience with IMF and cross-functional leadership.
