We are recruiting a Director of Accreditation to provide strategic leadership of the School’s international accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA). The successful candidate will join one of our six subject clusters – Accounting and Finance; Economics; Human Resources Management; Marketing and Events; Organisation Studies; Operations Management and Strategy – and become part of a vibrant, expanding team of academics committed to the UWE Strategy 2030.
About You
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching and research, who thrive as creative thinkers in an innovative and inclusive environment, and who bring a deep understanding of international business school accreditations. The successful candidate will have experience leading or significantly contributing to the leadership of at least one of AACSB, AMBA or EQUIS, a sustained record of achievement as an academic leader, and a thorough understanding of the current and emerging higher‑education landscape, trends and developments.

This is a permanent post and is full‑time (1.0 FTE). Interviews are scheduled for 13th February 2026 at the Frenchay Campus. The role is campus‑based, with the opportunity to work from home.
