You will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex hardware and software development projects across defence and technology environments. This role involves managing projects from early concept and bid stage through to delivery and closure, ensuring outcomes meet customer, contractual, financial, and quality requirements. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

1. Lead and deliver competitive bids and project proposals in collaboration with technical and account teams.
2. Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
3. Provide governance, assurance, and oversight to ensure key milestones and contractual obligations are achieved.
4. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary project teams, setting clear objectives and supporting performance.
