An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients team and be part of their operation based in Letchworth to help assist in the running of the customer services department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and exciting division of a well-established business.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
This position will be based at their facility in Letchworth on a temporary to permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers
Processing customer’s placed orders.
Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail
Assisting customers
General office duties
Skills:
Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
Computer literate
Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
Strong work ethic and initiative
Full training will be provided internally on their own in-house computer system.
Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
