Typical day as a contract Senior Maintenance Surveyor Lead and guide our Surveying team to perform at their best and plan for future demand Use your experience to recruit and support new surveyors, setting high standards from day one Mentor and coach your team through change, helping them grow and succeed Set the tone for technical excellence with inspections, audits and sharing best practice Take the lead on complex cases, from Disrepair to working with vulnerable customers Track team performance and use data to improve how we work and deliver for customers Imagine ending each day knowing you've made a positive impact on our customers' lives. You bring A degree or equivalent experience in building surveying (RICS or CIOB preferred) plus relevant Health and Safety qualification and knowledge of building safety and compliance. You must be able to use technology for updating records, budget and KPI management, completing online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
