Technical Supervisor – Facilities & Engineering
We are a leading global facilities engineering and property business, delivering world-class support, preventive maintenance, and repair services across diverse high-profile commercial / Banking facilities sites. The Technical Supervisor will lead a team providing administrative, process improvement, and financial function support to senior technical business leaders. This role requires oversight of day-to-day operations, workload planning, and ensuring effective service delivery across multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will act as a liaison with business leaders, facilities managers, and external clients to anticipate and meet project demands.
Act as the primary liaison between technical business leaders, facilities managers, and internal/external clients to forecast workload and deliverables.
Plan, coordinate, schedule, and supervise the team’s daily activities, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Electrical or Mechanical City and Guild qualifications, with 5+ years of relevant experience; Prior supervisory or shift leader experience preferred.
Proven experience in corporate or banking environments strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform financial and mathematical calculations (percentages, fractions, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
