Position: Business Development Manager/Property Lister
We are seeking a motivated and professional business development manager/Property Lister to join our elite real estate team. This is a client-facing role responsible for securing new property listings by working directly with property owners, conducting valuations, and delivering our premium service offering.
The ideal candidate will be confident and discreet, with proven experience working with UHNWIs and their families, offering a tailored and highly professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure high-value property listings through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct accurate property valuations and provide strategic pricing advice.
• Market and present properties to our exclusive client base.
• Deliver outstanding client service with an emphasis on discretion, trust, and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality listing exposure and successful transactions.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and luxury lifestyle preferences.
Core Competencies & Skills:
• Experience: Proven background in property listing, luxury real estate, or high-end client services.
• UHNW Engagement: Comfortable working with UHNWIs, families, and their representatives.
• Persuasive Communication: Strong ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently in-person and over the phone.
• Lead Generation: Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, property portals, email campaigns)
• Market Knowledge: In-depth research of local pricing, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Negotiation: Skilled in objection handling and closing new listings with a strategic, client-led approach.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term trust with landlords, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Self-Motivation & Resilience: Thrive in high-pressure, competitive environments with minimal supervision.
• Time Management: Expertly balance multiple client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups without losing momentum.
• Target Driven.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in luxury brand, concierge, or private client services.
• Understanding of confidentiality, discretion, and high-net-worth expectations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and property listing platforms.
