Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
* Lead, inspire, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff
* Assist in managing stock, orders, and deliveries
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Support the management team with recruitment, training, and performance management
* Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Ensure the venue operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
About You:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or casual dining industry
* A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results
* Good understanding of food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
* Flexible and adaptable with a hands-on approach
* Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
