Position: Learning & Development Facilitator
Based at our Birmingham Depot, with some national and regional travel requirements.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours, core hours of 9am-5:15pm, with flexibility required to meet depot needs.
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Role Overview
We are seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to support our depot by delivering colleague inductions, facilitating learning sessions including GDP and manual handling, and assisting the Warehouse Excellence team with key projects.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver impactful operational onboarding, induction, and skills training for new starters.
2. Lead refresher and multi-skilling programs to empower employees.
3. Develop and refine high-quality training materials that meet standards and support business excellence.
4. Stay updated with training advancements to craft innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
* Experience in a busy supply chain environment (preferred).
* Background in training, mentoring, or learning and development (preferred).
* Experience in Pharmaceuticals (desirable but not essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
