Working at the heart of the Corporate Affairs team, you’ll also collaborate across media, public affairs, and community engagement to ensure our internal and external voices are always aligned. As Deputy to the Head of Internal Communications, you’ll help shape the future of our internal comms strategy and step into leadership as needed.

You’re a passionate storyteller and strategic thinker with a proven track record in communications, ideally within internal comms and/or crisis comms. You understand the power of great communication to drive culture, clarity, and connection. You know how to engage everyone from senior leaders to depot-based teams, and you’re confident advising and influencing at the highest levels.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Solid communications background, ideally within a large or complex organisation with a significant frontline workforce

6. Familiarity with a range of internal comms tools (e.g., mobile apps, digital signage, collaboration platforms)
7. A strategic mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
8. A collaborative spirit and a passion for employee engagement
What We Offer:
9. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
10. Hybrid working with flexibility to support work-life balance
11. The chance to shape communications in a vital, future-focused industry
12. A collaborative and supportive team culture
13. Real opportunities for development and progression
