Role Requirements As a Transaction Services Manager, you'll be at the heart of financial due diligence projects and client advisory. Your work will shape outcomes of major deals and set standards of excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end workstreams on large-scale transactions across diverse industries. Delivering clear and actionable insights to guide clients through critical decision points. Managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with precision. Acting as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships at senior levels. Reviewing complex financial analysis while mentoring and upskilling junior colleagues. Skills & Experience Bringing the right mix of technical skill and leadership is essential to thrive here. You should have:
Significant financial due diligence experience backed by a professional qualification (ACA or equivalent). A track record of delivering advisory work within large, complex transactions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations. Confidence in managing multi-disciplinary teams and meeting demanding client needs.
