The Role: We are looking for a Partnership & Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with both our e-commerce brand clients and our network of 3PL partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful brand-to-3PL introductions, while also leading the growth of our partnership scheme through the acquisition and onboarding of new fulfilment partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage post-introduction follow-ups with e-commerce brands to ensure smooth communication with 3PL providers.
* Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to brands throughout their selection journey.
* Write and send professional, personalised introduction emails between brands and 3PL providers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
* Monitor and report on lead engagement quality for internal tracking.
* Drive the growth of our partnership scheme by identifying, approaching, and onboarding new 3PL providers.
* Develop and manage strong relationships with existing 3PL partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
* Work closely with our Sales and Key Account teams to align partner development with brand needs.

* Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
* Confident handling client- and partner-facing communication in a professional, approachable manner.
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
* Experience in client success, account management, partnerships, or sales support (preferred).
* (Bonus) Familiarity with eCommerce, logistics, or 3PL industries.
* (Bonus) Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
