About the Role
The Admissions Manager will lead international recruitment activity for the UK campus while helping develop opportunities across the wider Westbourne network. This is a strategic admissions role. You will build relationships with families, agents and partners, represent Westbourne in key markets, and play a central role in growing our international student community. You will work closely with the global growth team, marketing colleagues and campus leaders across Westbourne.
What You Will Be Doing
Recruitment & Admissions
· Drive international student recruitment for the UK campus.
· Lead recruitment activities across domestic and international markets on behalf of all Westbourne campuses
· Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective families from first engagement through to enrolment.
· Take full ownership of pipeline creation, progression, and conversion, from first engagement through to enrolment.
Partnerships & Market Development
· Identify and develop new recruitment partnerships across key markets.
· Work with colleagues across campuses to identify opportunities for growth.
· Strengthen Westbourne’s presence within the international education sector.
· Engage families, students, and partners through consultative, values-led conversations.
· Identify and nurture champions among parents, students, agents, and strategic partners.
* Confidently present Westbourne’s vision to senior stakeholders, both virtually and in person.
* Build and manage high-impact partnerships with education agents, corporates, employer networks, referral and ecosystem partners.
Operational
* Maintain disciplined CRM management, forecasting, and reporting.
* Track performance against targets and adapt strategy quickly.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, academic leadership, and campus teams.
* Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnership structures.
* Handle objections with confidence, credibility, and empathy.
About You
Experience
· Experience in admissions, recruitment, partnerships or business development.
· Comfortable creating demand rather than simply responding to it.
· Strong track record of building relationships and generating new opportunities.
· Experience working with international markets is highly valued.
· International education experience is helpful but not essential.
