Reporting to the Director of International Sales Enablement, you'll primarily partner with our EMEA sales team, with chances to support our dynamic APAC team, as well as partner with Marketing & Product. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding enablement services to sales associates, primarily in EMEA, helping drive sales effectiveness, revenue growth, and team success. Design, develop, and curate high-impact sales playbooks, presentations, account profiles, and tailored materials, ensuring resources meet the real-world needs of our sales teams for both client-facing and internal executive meetings. Partner closely with Marketing to support the successful execution of global sales campaigns and strategic initiatives. Work collaboratively with Product and Sales Operations to ensure alignment of messaging and resources. Conduct internal and external interviews and analyze deal post-mortems to gather actionable insights from data and feedback. Use these findings to track enablement metrics, identify learning gaps, and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities across teams. Manage and curate sales enablement content, including product placemats and competitor analysis, within the Accent content management system and other repositories to ensure efficient access and online delivery. Continuously improve content resources and ensure they are up-to-date and actionable. Serve as a key liaison between sales teams and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication and alignment. Continuously identify and address training needs, gaps in sales knowledge, and opportunities to further support and enable the team to perform at their best. Qualifications/Requirements 2-4 years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales, or a related analytical or training role; experience in the financial information/vendor industry highly regarded. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce polished, executive-level outputs. Collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for continuously improving team performance and delivering value through enablement Proven analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and the interpretation of complex information. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly distill complex messages for diverse audiences. Outstanding time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Accent, or similar). Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is highly desirable.
