Senior Technology Architect

Your role
In the role of Senior Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high‑level design and design reviews. You will also conduct technical feasibility assessments and identify efficient ways to complete client requirements. You will guide the team technically and work closely with an offshore team, acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Required
* Strong design & development knowledge in Spring Boot microservices architecture.
* Strong experience in microservices (decompose, strangler, saga, event sourcing, CQRS, Tx messaging). Knowledge of microservices architecture.
* Strong experience in creating HLSD, low‑level design and having exposure to presenting the design to steering committees/working groups.
* Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns.
* Experience in DDD, BDD, TDD.
* Strong experience in AWS core.
* Ability to design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice‑based platforms.
* Troubleshoot issues and solve problems where needed.
* Willingness to own and resolve problems, POC work and other activities.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player. Liaise with clients, SMEs and business associates.
Preferred
* Experience working in an Agile environment and a good understanding of Agile processes.
* Experience enhancing delivery systems with continuous integration & deployment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of PCI and security coding standards; experience with PCF, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
* Demonstrated knowledge of OAuth token‑based authentication protocol.
* Ability to set up pipelines & integrate with other applications and infrastructure.
* Experience in modernization and cloud migrations.
