What you'll be doing:
* Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
* Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain up to date and organised records in line with company policies and standards.
* Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
* Contribute to delivering a seamless, high end client experience aligned with the company's luxury service standards.
Skills, knowledge & expertise:
* Previous experience within a Clinic is essential, ideally within a luxury professional environment.
* Experience with booking systems such as Pabau or Phorest.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client or company information.
