Your New Role

As we continue to create what’s next in streaming, we are looking for a technically skilled and solution-oriented professional to support our global affiliate partners.
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and support teams to drive seamless integrations.
* Lead technical workshops and manage integration projects from start to finish.
* Troubleshoot complex ad tech issues and provide impactful advertising solutions.
* Display strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Utilize your expertise in video ad serving, CTV, and programmatic advertising.
This is an exciting time to join our Digital Advertising Streaming organization in EMEA, spanning multiple markets where HBO Max is available.
Your Role Accountabilities
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
* Support affiliate partners globally through effective communication and relationship management.
* Engage in pre-sales activities with the sales team, proposing tailored solutions to meet partner needs.
* Conduct workshops and presentations for the technical teams of affiliate partners.
* Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical integration problems, proposing effective solutions.
* Identify and share best practices with affiliate partners proactively.
* Collaborate with Level 1/2 support teams on complex escalations requiring direct contact with top partners.
* Identify opportunities to improve API integration processes and lead initiatives to enhance performance and partner satisfaction.
* Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment for smooth execution of integration and onboarding processes.
* Communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical customers.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience with Freewheel.
* Knowledge of ad servers (Freewheel is a must), VAST, video ad serving, and Dynamic Ad Insertion technologies.
* Understanding of CTV Advertising and Data-Driven Advertising Strategies.
* Familiarity with SSP/DSP architecture and their interactions within the programmatic ecosystem.
* Knowledge of privacy frameworks, especially in EMEA regions (e.g., GDPR, IAB standards).
* The ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana) and collaborative platforms (Confluence, Slack).

This role is offered as a Hybrid Work Model, combining remote and in-office work, in line with our company policy and agreed upon with your Line Manager. Please note that this working agreement may change based on business needs.
