Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in London. The Sous Chef will lead in kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, maintain quality and presentation standards, and managing the kitchen team. They will contribute to menu planning, manage inventory, ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene standards, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in service and cuisine. Qualifications Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation Experience in menu planning and food inventory management Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor kitchen staff Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively oversee kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high quality under pressure Passion for Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
