Commercial Performance Manager
Up to £69,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5). Manchester city centre – you’ll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and coming into the office around two times a week. 6‑month secondment/fixed‑term contract.

What you’ll do
* Use your commercial experience to spot opportunities for continuous improvement, reducing cost and driving efficiencies across our retail operation and supplier base
* Influence and collaborate with colleagues across the business, constructively challenging where needed to deliver the best outcomes
* Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners, building open, trusted relationships
* Create clear, insightful analysis and turn it into recommendations that influence decisions and improve end‑to‑end profitability
* Create value through promotional and range optimisation, supporting the delivery of our value strategy for members and customers
This role would suit someone who has
* Experience in a commercial role within retail or a supplier environment
* A flexible, resilient approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and deliver results
* Strong relationship building and networking skills
* Confidence turning data into insight and communicating it in a clear, engaging way
* An analytical mindset, with the ability to make data meaningful for decision making
