This role operates globally, requiring scheduling flexibility to connect with colleagues across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA time zones.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Mobility-Talent team is a key part of Talent, Learning & Culture, collaborating with Global Mobility-Operations. The role aims to enhance global mobility initiatives, fostering a culture where colleagues are encouraged to explore internal opportunities and develop their careers.
The role involves developing recommendations for global mobility strategies, identifying high-potential leaders for international assignments, and collaborating with HR partners to implement mobility programs. The primary contact for related matters, this position requires strategic thinking and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and recommend vision, objectives, and budgets for global mobility solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Secure leadership support and approval for mobility initiatives.
* Implement approved programs and manage ongoing projects.
* Partner with Talent, Learning & Culture to integrate mobility into talent processes like succession planning.
* Ensure mobility assignments align with development goals and maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Promote internal mobility through communication and engagement activities.
* Manage the Mobility Playbook and drive adoption across HR.
* Collaborate with Global HR on program delivery.
* Measure key metrics such as transfer rates and ROI, and optimize accordingly.
* Stay updated on mobility trends and share insights.
* Build strong relationships across the organization.
* Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* Experience in developing strategies and programs that prepare colleagues for future challenges.
* HR experience in a global environment, with a focus on mobility and talent management preferred.
* Project management experience with multiple stakeholders.

The compensation details provided are for candidates in the United States; other locations will have benefits aligned with local standards.
