The Role
This interesting role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who is confident at building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to generate and increase the business. Key Responsibilities
* The handling of Road Import services
* Managing some of our Key clients
* Making sure the key client’s requirements are met
* Arranging Import clearances
This position is based at Crossways Business Park in Dartford which has good road, bus and rail links. In addition, you will need the right to work in the UK – we can’t sponsor work permits.
You
Experience dealing with road & sea freight is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Suitable candidates should possess:
* Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues & external customers
* Understanding client demands

* Good knowledge of Excel
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Hands-on approach
* Process driven with the ability to think outside the box
* Delivering the highest standards of customer service
