About the Role
As a Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a range of pumped drainage products, including wastewater pumping stations, packaged pump systems, booster sets, and treatment plants. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service, maintain, and repair booster sets, pump stations, and sewage treatment plants.
2. Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.
3. Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
4. Perform risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
5. Provide clear updates to customers and recommend further works where necessary.
6. Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
7. Be flexible and willing to travel nationwide, including overnight stays when required.
