In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to drive the growth of the long-term enteral feeding products and solutions across healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and through their Home Delivery service. Key Highlights:
* Develop strategic business plans to drive the growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account initiatives
* Serve as a clinical expert in enteral nutrition and feeding protocols, providing evidence-based recommendations
Preferred Requirements:
* Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets
* Develop long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, including clinical staff and administrative decision-makers
* Lead contract negotiations and product conversions
* Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform territory planning and product positioning
* Conduct in-services, training, and clinical presentations for clinical staff
Preferred Qualifications:
* Educated to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent vocational qualification, with a nursing, medical sales, or clinical background
* Demonstrable superior selling, negotiation, and presentational skills
* Prior experience in enteral feeding or related therapeutic nutrition area and knowledge of home delivery service is highly desirable
