The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all students receive high-quality, impartial careers guidance that enables them to make informed decisions about their future.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the personal development and future success of young people within a supportive school community. As Careers Advisor, you will work closely with the SLT Careers Lead, pastoral teams and curriculum staff to deliver a comprehensive careers programme aligned with national guidance and Gatsby Benchmarks. You will provide one-to-one guidance, organise careers events and employer engagement opportunities, and support students with applications, interviews and transition planning, as well as work experience.The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking, community-focused school within the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership – a successful and growing Trust committed to investing in its staff and facilities.
