Factory Supervisor – Food (Rice Production) Contract Type: 40 hours per week Location: Park Royal About the role The Factory Supervisor is tasked with driving continuous improvement across the site, aiding in the implementation of lean asset management processes and planned maintenance. They will execute immediate and short-term business plans aligned with the Annual Plan and work towards achieving all site delivery targets. Fully support operations in start ups, shutdowns and process problems. Effectively carry out all planned maintenance and support fault finding. Continually seek learning opportunities for growth and development Ensure ownership of GMP,HACCP, Food Safety and legality at all levels whilst always driving continuous improvements. Working with the cross functional teams to ensure full compliance with all Company and Customer requirements. Take a proactive role in the optimisation and improvement of Planned, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance and the adoption of all emerging Maintenance Technologies/Techniques. Improve the performance of our assets to maximise value, minimise waste and costs.
