Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Russian-speaking COO, who is a Project and Business Manager with experience supporting and managing a HNW Family Office. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to oversee various business and entrepreneurial initiatives, as well as Real Estate-related construction and household/property management projects. Our client seeks an experienced manager/COO/Chief of Staff with HNW-office experience to join their international team. Some occasional travel, mainly within Europe, may be required.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with HNW top management and Principals on lifestyle and business matters, coordinating action plans
* Managing new and existing businesses, including paperwork, organizational development, and team management
* Overseeing real estate projects, including buying/selling properties, liaising with suppliers, and managing outcomes
* Managing construction and property development, including budgeting, financial reporting, and contractor relations
* Handling household management, estate-related projects, and personal/lifestyle initiatives
* Asset management, including operational and commercial aspects, as well as personnel management
* Supporting personal projects and philanthropic initiatives
* Managing contracts, budgets, expenses, and reporting
* Providing operational and personnel management on an ad-hoc basis
Key Skills
* Experience in managerial roles within a HNW private office, preferably in the UK
* Strong people management skills
* Experience managing projects, especially in business and real estate/construction sectors
* Fluent in Russian and English
* Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
* Flexible attitude and willingness to undertake various responsibilities
