We are looking for a proactive relationship and account management professional to drive engagement between King Edward VII’s Hospital, London Medical, and GP, Physio, and Practice Manager networks across London. You will deliver a targeted engagement plan using data insights to strengthen relationships, enhance the referral experience, and increase patient referrals. As the main point of contact for practices, you will resolve service issues, coordinate tailored engagement activities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality referral journey. You will also identify and secure new referral opportunities. This role suits a confident, relationship‑focused self‑starter who thrives in the field, communicates exceptionally well, and is passionate about improving the experience of our GP referral partners. Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with key GP, Physio, and practice networks, acting as their main point of contact and improving their referral experience. Support the commercial team in delivering the hospital’s growth strategy, adapting plans as priorities evolve. Use data and insights to plan and deliver tailored engagement strategies that increase referrals and revenue from core and new practices. Coordinate and deliver a range of engagement activities, including practice visits, educational events, hospital tours, webinars, and tailored marketing communications. Identify practice needs and collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues quickly and enhance the overall referral journey. Work with marketing to develop targeted collateral and digital campaigns and maintain active communication through newsletters and LinkedIn updates. Expand the referral network by researching, targeting, and onboarding new practices. Produce regular reports and insights on referral trends, performance, and practice feedback to inform continuous improvement. Key Skills / Qualifications: Experience within the private healthcare sector, with knowledge of GP networks preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent time‑management and event‑management capabilities. Confident using data for research, reporting, and decision‑making, with strong computer literacy and high‑quality writing skills. Able to work autonomously while being friendly, approachable, and a strong team contributor. Professional telephone manner, diplomacy, and confidence in networking and in‑person events. Good understanding of medical or scientific terminology; previous clinical experience desirable. Educated to A‑Level or equivalent. Competent using Teams Live and other digital communication tools.
