Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage the reception area, keeping it organised and presentable at all times.
* Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
* Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for staff members.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Skills
* Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
* Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage, particularly within a hotel environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to the role.
