Roles and Responsibilities
Build and wire electrical panels, harnesses, looms, and cables (HV and LV).
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Support engineers with the development and improvement of prototype harnesses.
Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and quality checks to ensure all work meets specification.
Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised work area as part of a lean production environment.
Work overtime when required to support customer deadlines (optional overtime available regularly).
The ideal candidate
Previous experience assembling or wiring electrical panels, harnesses, or electronic components in a workshop or production environment.
Confident using soldering, crimping, and electrical testing equipment.
Able to read and follow technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
A proactive team player with a reliable, positive, and practical approach.
