* Oversee employee engagement through a variety of mechanisms including regular employee feedback surveys
* Oversee DEI strategy effectiveness
* Promote the organisation’s values and act as a role model for the organisation at all times
What we’re looking for
* 5 + years’ experience working in a similar senior generalist role with experience of the full employee lifecycle, (People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Reward) and great understanding across the People function
* Strong knowledge and understanding of current UK employment law - able to provide legal advice to resolve people issues

* Experience working in a hybrid environment - communicating, collaborating and dealing with people situations with a remote team as well as in-person
* Strong organisational skills - able to juggle multiple priorities effectively
* Experience of managing, coaching and mentoring a people team (you’ll have two direct reports!)
* Experience working in an agency environment would be ideal but not essential if you’ve got experience working in a fast-paced environment
