* Week 1: Monday, Friday, Sunday
* Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday
* Part-time: Wednesday, Saturday
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide advice, assistance, and practical support to young people living in supported accommodation. The Support Worker will attend to the practical, physical, emotional, and social needs of young people, helping them develop independence and reach their full potential.
The post holder will act as a positive role model, building strong and trusting relationships with young people and supporting them to overcome challenges in their lives.
All young people must be treated fairly and with respect. Staff are responsible for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and for challenging any behaviour or practice that discriminates against individuals based on race, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or any other perceived difference.
