4. Monday-Thursday: 7.30am – 4.30pm
5. Friday: 7.30am – 4.00pm

Role Overview:
8. Coordinate the flow of stock between 3-4 sites, ensuring materials leaving one factory reach the next without delay.
9. Monitor, gather, and control stock levels to support continuous production.
10. Safely move stock on-site using a forklift truck (FLT).
11. Record and track stock movements using computer systems (must be PC literate).
12. Liaise with colleagues and suppliers by phone to confirm stock availability, chase orders, and resolve queries.
13. Maintain oversight of production requirements, ensuring all parts are available when needed.
Skills & Experience:
14. Strong organisational skills with experience managing stock across multiple sites or departments.
15. Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
16. PC literate, with experience using stock control or logistics systems.
17. Valid FLT licence (or willingness to train).
18. Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or logistics.
