You will be joining a supportive and experienced team working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD and PMLD. A strong understanding of differentiated teaching and a nurturing, inclusive approach to learning is essential. A positive and flexible teaching style, along with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with pupils, is key to success in this role. Experience within a SEND or specialist setting is desirable but not essential, as ongoing support and training will be provided. This school requires staff on a long-term, full-time basis (5 days per week, between 8:30am–3:30pm ).
