It is a non-profit making organisation providing facility management services to Kingston University.
We are now recruiting for a Building Service Engineer to join our team, carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance works to the site! You must record all works on a PDA, Planon is the CAFM system we operate.
As our Building Services Engineer you will assume responsibility for: Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPM's AHU Maintenance, AC trouble shooting.
Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems.
Understanding logic controllers and interpreting building drawings Supervising maintenance tasks and contractors Resolving technical issues which arise Delivering exceptional customer service to Kingston University Students and Staff In order to be successful in this role you must have / be: Previous Maintenance Experience: 5 years (preferred commercial environment) Team player Proficient in English for effective communication Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Experience with logic controllers and interpreting building O&M's Work on your own, carry out maintenance activities, completing PPM's.
