Monday-Friday fully office based
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service via Phone and Email always providing a positive experience.
Handle orders, returns, complaints, and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
Investigate and resolve delivery, pricing, invoice, and account queries.
Manage customer complaints, including late, incorrect, or faulty orders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
Support the sales team by managing service-related tasks.
Accurately maintain and update customer records.
Provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute to improvements.
Prioritise workload to consistently meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
Ensure all customer and financial information is handled confidentially and securely.Skills:
