Customer Services Administrator

Bangor (BT23)

Salary c.£26K – £28K DOE

On behalf of our client, a leading specialist delivery provider working across the whole of Ireland. McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join their team. Working as part of a small team the post holder will provide support to all staff and co-workers and be responsible for providing exceptional service to a varied customer base.

This will be a hands-on role in this growing business with real potential opportunities for professional development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Warehouse Manager.
2. Acting as the main point of contact for all customer contacts.
3. Liaise with customers to identify specific requirements.
4. Resolve queries or disputes in an efficient and timely manner.
5. Communicate with both internal and external parties to meet customer needs.
6. Maintain a high level of paperwork and update computer systems with relevant information in a timely manner.
7. Relevant ad hoc duties as required.

Essential eligibility criteria:

8. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration OR 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A-C Grades).
9. At least 6 months’ experience working in an administration office setting.
10. Computer literate – including strong working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
11. Excellent communication skills.
12. Ability to work on own initiative.
13. Ability to manage deadlines and workload.
14. Keen eye for detail.
