You'll bring experience managing complex ER cases and confidently handling a busy and varied workload, alongside strong IT and HR systems skills for producing accurate management information. Excellent communication and the ability to quickly build rapport are essential, as is a genuine commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and experience supporting or coordinating recruitment processes.

* Generous annual leave starting at 31days (plus bank holidays), increasing with service.
* Enrolment to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
* Access to a health care cash plan with level 1 cover (with the opportunity to upgrade) and employee discounts.
* Support for your career by offering a wide variety of formal training courses which a combination of in-house and externally provided courses. We believe in supporting our colleagues to grow their career and improve their knowledge.
* Supportive and collaborative working environment that reflects our organisational values.

We encourage diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our colleagues. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and abilities.
