About the Role: Teach Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on experience and interest. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities. Coach school sports teams and lead extracurricular sports clubs. Organize and participate in sports competitions and events. Promote healthy lifestyles and physical fitness. Contribute to the department's development and resource creation. Work collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice. Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS or equivalent. Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Physical Education. Demonstrates a passion for sports and coaching. Has strong communication and organizational skills. Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Has a good understanding of the National Curriculum for PE. Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
