In this role, you will carry out a wide range of mechanical building services works across a diverse commercial portfolio in Surrey.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in facilities management. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
* Planned preventive maintenance
* Reactive Maintenance
* Knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, Pumps etc
* Complying with SFG20
* Record Keeping / Logbooks
Requirements
* Level 3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering
* G3 Unvented Desired
* 5 years experience in a similar position
* Clean UK Drivers License
* Right to work in the UK
