Key Responsibilities for the Business Travel Consultant:
* Manage corporate travel accounts and complex international bookings (air, hotel, rail)
* Handle bookings from enquiry through to ticketing and invoicing
* Provide proactive travel advice and identify cost‑saving opportunities
* Manage fares, ticketing, and refunds accurately
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience
* GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo also considered)
* Strong fares and ticketing expertise
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
