Solicitor (or Equivalent) – EL/PL (Southport/Liverpool)
Location: Southport/Liverpool/Hybrid
About the role: Fletchers Solicitors Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or equivalent in the EL/PL department.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and progress a caseload of Fast Track/Multi Track cases in line with policies and legal requirements.
* Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, third-party solicitors, and insurers.
* Handle pre- and post-issue procedures efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Pursue cases to conclusion, ensure timely completion of actions, and accurate time recording.
* Maintain client files according to quality standards.
* Supervise junior team members.
Candidate requirements:
* 5+ years PQE or equivalent experience.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Fast Track case management; Multi-track experience is a plus.
* Understanding of Pre-Action Protocol, Civil Procedure Rules, MOJ Portal, and relevant legislation.
* Litigation experience, including leading cases to trial.
* Knowledge of funding, case planning, and expert coordination.
* Excellent court skills and client care abilities.
* Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, team-oriented, and full driving license.
