Optometrist
Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for a qualified Optometrist to join a well-established and patient-focused practice in Windsor. This part-time role involves working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and three Saturdays per month. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality eye care using advanced technology, ensuring every patient receives a personalised and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive sight tests and eye examinations
* Perform visual field testing and retinal imaging assessments
* Provide clear, expert advice on eye health and preventative care
* Support the Branch Manager in monitoring and improving practice performance
* Ensure all clinical equipment is maintained to a high standard
Team Development:
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment
* Contribute to continuous improvement and shared learning within the practice
* Support training and development initiatives where appropriate
About You:
* Qualified Optometrist with full GOC registration
* Strong team player with a patient-first approach
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust
