Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive, Italian-speaking PA to support the EA within a luxury and global family-owned hotel group. This role involves comprehensive administrative support including managing inboxes, diaries, and travel arrangements, as well as handling errands as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently manage inboxes, calendars, and travel schedules.
\n\t
* Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments and events.
\n\t
* Handle day-to-day errands and tasks with the EA.
\n\t
* Act as a liaison between the EA, owner and other stakeholders.
\n\t
* Ensure smooth communication and provide administrative support where necessary.
\n

Key Skills and Qualifications:

\n\t
* Fluent in Italian and English with highly capable written and verbal communication in both.
\n\t
* Clear and considerate telephone manner.
\n\t
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n\t
* Proficient in IT and familiar with various software and applications.
\n\t
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
\n\t
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
