The Marketing & Events Coordinator will play a key role in showcasing the Yorkshire Cricket Foundation’s impact and bringing our communities together.
* Creating campaigns & content: Design and deliver marketing campaigns, manage our social media channels, and produce engaging content for newsletters, the website, and digital platforms to highlight the positive difference the YCF makes.
* Organising events: Plan and coordinate inclusive and safe events – from community celebrations and engagement activities to awards evenings and fundraising events – managing logistics, suppliers, guest lists, and promotion.
* Celebrating achievements: Deliver awards ceremonies and campaigns that recognise and honour the champions of community and recreational cricket across Yorkshire.
* Website: Maintain and update the website, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Working together: Collaborate with colleagues across Yorkshire Cricket to understand their programmes, share their stories, and amplify their impact.
* Measuring success: Monitor the performance of campaigns and events, gather feedback, and use insights to keep improving and growing our reach.
About You
We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
* Previous experience of planning and executing effective marketing campaigns
* Previous experience of planning and delivering a range of events
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office to produce detailed reports and effective plans
* Ability to use initiative and high levels of problem-solving skills to achieve goals and key objectives within specific timeframes and against set KPIs
* Proficient skills in utilising social media platforms and marketing design tools, such as Canva
