The Opportunity
A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic and highly regarded Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative group that advises major commercial clients, including household names and FTSE 100 companies.
Role Highlights
You will handle a broad range of employment law matters, including:
1. Day-to-day advisory work
2. Corporate and commercial transactions, business transfers, and outsourcing
3. Employment tribunal and civil court litigation
4. Collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and industrial relations
5. Regulatory investigations and strategic compliance projects
6. Cross-jurisdictional work with an international dimension
About You
7. Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
8. Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
9. Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
10. Proactive, well-organised, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team
